*It is your responsibility to verify eligibility and benefits with your insurance prior to starting therapy.

A standard 55-minute counseling session will be billed at:

Individual Session: $145

Couples or Family session: $175

Fees for other professional services including, and not limited to, report writing, telephone conversations for purposes other than scheduling, preparation of records or treatment summaries necessary for disability or FMLA purposes will also be charged at the rate of $145 per hour, though we will break down the hourly cost if periods are less than one hour.

Fees are charged and processed at the start of each session.

We also accept cash, Health Savings, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

If you wish to file for out-of- network insurance benefits, your fee cannot be reduced and you must pay the standard fee. A receipt appropriate for submitting to your insurance company will be provided. You must pay for your session and have your insurance company reimbursement made directly to you. Sage Counseling Collective cannot guarantee out of network reimbursement coverage by an out of network insurance company.

Cancellations must be made within no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, or the full session fee of $145 will be charged.

When filing insurance claims, a diagnosis of a mental health disorder is required for insurance to cover therapy services. Medical records are sometimes reviewed when applying for certain jobs, life insurance, disability insurance, and potentially legal matters.
